Can child seats be fitted into the back seat?

The back seat of all our vans has three seatbelts. Car seats can be anchored by either the 3-point regular seatbelt or by the 4-point harness. The other seat belt is a lap belt.

Do you supply car seats for babies and children?

We do not provide car seats for babies or children. Our view is that all parents will have these facilities available to transfer from their own cars.

Is there any mileage restriction on use of the vans?

Included in the cost of the hire are 500 kilometers for 3 night bokings; this increases to 750 kilometers for 7 nights. For 2 weeks the allowance is 1500 kilometers. We work in kilometers and not miles due to the distance counter being in kilometers. Don't worry, the speedo is in Miles! Any distance travelled over the allowance will be charged at 15p per kilometer.

£450 to £575 for 4 nights, Monday to Friday
£550 to £750 for 7 nights, Friday to Friday

Low Season is October to March. Prices may vary during Easter, Bank Holidays or when major festivals are being held.

Can we take the van to Europe and Ireland?

Yes of course. We have insurance cover for the UK and Europe to give you as much scope as possible for your adventure. We also provide the necessary headlamp deflectors and two-pin mains electricity adapter, for when you are visiting friends in a gite or cottage.

Can I leave my car with you?

Your car can be kept in our securely locked compound for the duration of your hire, but it is left at your own risk.

How old do I have to be to hire from campinaVDub.co.uk?

Our insurance covers us for drivers aged 25-70. There are exceptions allowed outside of this age range but this would need to specifically agreed with the insurance company.

We live in Bagshot in Surrey, known for its famous royal residents, Edward and Sophie Windsor and Penny Hill Park, where the England Rugby Team train. Our campervans are kept nearby but minutes away from Junction 3 off the M3 at Pankhurst Farm, Yard B, Bagshot Road, West End, Woking. GU24 9QR.

We hope everything you that you will need. We include Table and 2 Chairs, Sat Nav, Thermo Mats. For 3 night bookings there is a mileage allowance of 500 kilometers; this increases to 750 kilometers for 7 nights bookings. Extras that can be booked include: Bike Rack, Bedding and Towels, Drive Away Awning with Double Blow-up Airbed and much more. Our vans are well stocked to make your trip as troublesome and hassle free as possible.

Are dogs allowed in your campervans?

We are great lovers of dogs and have two vans for hire - Wilf and Daisy - which we allow dogs to travel in. Patsy is completely pet free as we appreciate that some people have severe allergies to pet hair but will still love to camp in a VDub. A maximum of two small dogs or one large dog is allowed. There will be an additional charge of £30 per dog per hire to cover for additional cleaning.
